The quality manual is an internal document aimed at setting up a quality management system. This system guarantees compliance with technical requirements. In addition, it ensures compliance of the execution process with the requirements specified in each works contract. The QAP also includes the execution and control procedures relating to each task. These procedures describe the means, the actions to be taken and the checks necessary during the work to achieve the required quality.

The PAQ contains the execution and control monitoring documents. They make it possible to keep the information and the real conditions of the execution of a work in metal structure. This document describes the principles of organization that the company CTSI has defined and that it intends to apply on each project. This document guarantees that the Customer's requirements are taken into account. The documents are managed by the QA/QC or the QHSE Manager of CTSI. The technical procedures related to the works are made available to the project owner and available from the QA/QC or QHSE managers of CTSI. He is responsible for the distribution of the documents necessary for the execution of the various tasks and interventions such as :

- Individual welder qualification follow-up sheet

- Study quality plan

- Welding procedure description
